Who is Clark Kent:

We start this issue with Clark Kent and Clark “Smith” getting ready to start their days, one in Metropolis and the other in Hamilton County. Superman rushes to his Fortress of Solitude in the Himalayas because an intruder alert went off inside, only to find Steel and Superwoman inside. We jump over to Metropolis and our main story, Lois Lane is working undercover to take down a crime boss. Clark Kent calls in Captain Sawyer of the MSCU to assist, they get the collar while Lois and Clark get the story. Everything seemed to have been going to plan until Clark mucked it up, but fortunately for our mild-mannered klutz the MSCU got everything they needed to make their arrests. Lois continues her undercover work, the target this time: Clark Kent. She follows him all over the city, watches him walk into his apartment building, follows him in and POOF gone. Meanwhile in The Fortress Superwoman is dying and Superman comes up with and idea and tell Steel to keep up then flies off, but someone is tracking their location and Steel happens to be just slow enough to be tracked… Lois Lane makes national news for her article and Clark Kent asks Lois Lane out on a date, which she accepts to figure more out about him. This issue ends with the return of Hank Henshaw and he has his eyes set on Superman.

The Confessional:

Holy Cow, I felt like this was information overload, but I loved it. I am super excited to figure out more about this non-Superman Clark Kent!!! I have one request for this comic, with Superwoman being sick and dying maybe, just maybe we can get her horrendous solo book cancelled, but we can only hope. Of course you'd have people trying to find out what Superman has to hide and Steel is slow enough for those people to lock on and back track his progress… Superman is going to be in trouble because Hank Henshaw is the one looking for him, hopefully as Cyborg Superman but you'll have to keep reading this comic to find out. Now, onto Lois, how does she juggle so much, and who is watching Jon while she does so much?? She is so concerned with figure out who this Clark Kent is, being the best reporter the Daily Planet has… there is not enough time for her to be a good mother as well. The art in this comic is AMAZING, one issue though Superman’s face when he sees Steel and Superwoman in the Fortress… surprise, anger, pain… I just don't know what he was actually feeling in that panel and it distracted me a little from the story…
