In order to take down Zedd’s creatures from hell the Rangers and the League are going have to pair up and then split up to take them down. That’s right 1 Ranger to 1 Leaguer, and all this is happening with a very disgruntled Batman. Either way it’s a dream come true…for me at least. Not only that but they just called in the Justice Leaguers on reserve, hell yeah! Unknown to them Zedd has gotten some help from Braniac…something the Rangers found out the hard way. With the Rangers without the coins that power them, and no sign of Braniac or Zedd, things are looking pretty grim.
I don’t know what I love more, the snarky comments here and there or seeing each of the teams secretly admire each other. Oh yeah I know Billy was behind his mask but you can tell he was admiring Cyborg’s tech. Again, I will give applause not only to Tom Taylor but also Stephen Byrne. I just absolutely love how this comic is drawn. It feels so classic and the tones used to draw the characters compared to their backgrounds just compliment each other very well. It’s all just so pleasing to my adoring eyes. Plus, the story itself is just fantastic. It flows very organically and the antagonist are really menacing. Despite all these powerful heroes in one place, they still have quite the challenge. Making for a really enticing read. I mean Braniac took over the Ranger’s vehicles and left the Rangers powerless for heaven’s sake. Even when this story is over I really hope this creative team gets to work on more Justice League projects. YOU NEED TO READ THIS NOW. Even if you weren’t a Power Rangers fan, this is still a great book.
